Co-Create facilitates creative experiences that spur stories, build ideas and ultimately reveal novel solutions for teams, and for the people charged with growing them. We are not your typical HR consulting service. We tackle your employee retention issues and employer brand in a way that is focused on remaining authentic and human – you're much more interesting than you think.

Co-Create was started by Kristin Dudley who gravitated to the term  "co-create" on a day spent with Goran Carstedt, former President of IKEA North America. Goran opened the first US IKEA store in Plymouth Meeting, PA. He shared on that beautiful day in Stockholm, Sweden, one of his great philosophies behind IKEA's success: “we invite to co-create.” This occurs from the customer experience to the employee experience. When you invite an employee to co-create, you're including them in defining the workplace; the mind share and individual investment is a beautiful thing.

Kristin is an award-winning Workplace Documentarian & Employer Brand Strategist who applies design thinking to disrupt HR practices. Passionate about building healthy teams and organizations, Kristin provides a variety of creative workshops and consulting services to ensure companies are properly representing themselves as they seek to attract that next great team member. 

Kristin holds an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Fashion Design from Drexel University. She was recently named “Disruptor of the Year” by the DisruptHR NYC community. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her partner, Bob, and baby boy, Alfie Guy.
