Chemistry Cards: Teams Built on Connection, Not Judgement

Introducing our first product: Chemistry Cards. What are Chemistry Cards? Chemistry Cards are trust building, power-neutralizing, relationship-accelerating experiences, available within an easy-to-use, accessible, hand-held set of cards. Chemistry Cards are more than an icebreaker; they support storytelling and ignite conversation that will bond people through laughter, collaboration and problem solving.
Create your own branded set. Every culture is unique, that’s why we’ve made Chemistry Cards whitelabel, to be customized by who else – your people. Informed by the unique culture and sense of humor of the people within your organization; we are packaging the voice of your people into a useful engagement tool that authentically represents who you are while aligning communities around your sense of humor. Chemistry Cards are a great way to kick-off a meeting, workshop, conference or networking event.
No need to be intimidated – you do NOT have to be comedians or writers to compose your cards, that’s where the magic of Co-Create comes in.
How we Co-Create your Chemistry Cards: Co-Create will engage your group, of 8-12 people, in a 3-hour design-thinking session, complete with pizza lunch or dinner. You will first come together to play with the standard set of chemistry cards in order to spur some initial creativity and team bonding. From there, we shift into content creation mode, where we will collectively work together to generate the scenes that will live amongst your card game while infusing some of your terminology. Co-Create collects all of the work completed, digests, edits and returns with a spreadsheet that contains your card game contents for review and approval. With final approval, your custom branded product is printed, packaged and delivered.
How Chemistry Cards are played: Inspired by improvisational comedy exercises, the game is broken into 3-4 different color cards which support activities that are “silly” or physical, collaborative and creative problem solving. The cards are self-directional and meant to be played together – no one person has control. Your chemistry cards come in two forms: the deck and the handheld sets. Use your deck during a 1:1 job interview or at a career fair. Use handhelds for larger group events to get everyone comfortable and connected.
